Frequently Asked Questions

No. This is exactly what Dan, the VSS team and the community help you with. Whether you’ve never created a TikTok account before or you’re already using TikTok, we’ll help you get set up, get started and work towards your first 500 followers using our training, tools and support. Many members achieve this within days.

No, absolutely not. Dan and many other creators have been making TikTok Shop videos for years without ever showing their face. In fact, Dan teaches a simple faceless content format inside VSS. If you want to become the face of your brand, you absolutely can, but you don’t have to.

As soon as you join, you’ll be taken straight to a welcome video from Dan explaining your next steps. We’ll then create your personal VSS App account so you can access the training, tools and community straight away. After that, Dan or a member of the VSS team will book an onboarding call with you to help you get started the right way.

VSS is designed to fit around your life. Whether you’ve got a full-time job, children or only a few hours each week, you can work through the training at your own pace. Some members spend just a few hours a week, while others choose to go all in.

Nope. Age is just a number. We have members from all different backgrounds and ages, including one member who’s 79 years old. If you can use a smartphone, you can learn TikTok Shop, and we’ll give you as much help and support as you need along the way.

Absolutely. There are no fixed contracts, and you can cancel your VSS membership at any time. Simply email or WhatsApp Dan or a member of the VSS team, and we’ll get it sorted for you. No awkward conversations and no questions asked. You’re also protected by my 30-day money-back guarantee.

No. TikTok Shop is where we start, but VSS also teaches the wider skills behind building an online business, including selling psychology, content, branding, funnels, email marketing and creating multiple income streams.
